Does anyone think that eBay has good Customer Service?
Does anyone like calling the ridiculous Customer Service phone number only to get a rep that cannot speak or understand English?
Does anyone think that eBay is too Greedy and Cheap to have reliable Customer Service that is 'Live Chat' or at least by e-mail?
