eBay Comm Issues

Anyone else ever have problems contacting eBay? I live in an area without cell coverage and would highly appreciate a means of communication with representatives that was EASILY accessible. Perhaps on the Contact Us option, that would be a suggestion just off the top of my head. I recently received a suspicious email asking for PayPal information. There was absolutely no way of reporting the user or forwarding the email and I found no simple way of alerting eBay to the activity. Perhaps this is by design. I believe the one snippet of info I found about suspicious emails said to simply delete it, which obviously does not resolve the issue but allows it to continue. On top of that I got a warning email from eBay yesterday stating I had been in conversation with someone about purchasing items outside of eBay and they would be watching my account and possibly placing restrictions on my account? Has this happened to anyone else?? Not only did I NOT have any conversations regarding purchases outside of eBay, I haven’t had conversations with ANYONE regarding the item I was attempting to sell that eBay stated the issue was with. I’ve relisted 3 times and haven’t had a single watcher or bid on the **bleep** thing. If it was regarding the suspicious email I received that I had no way of reporting then I fail to see how I am responsible in any way for that. I suppose if I write out the situation through this avenue, as it is the only one I can find, maybe eBay will actually contact me. Who knows.
