eBay Checkout error message--> Something went wrong. Please try to check out again.

Everytime I try to go through the eBay checkout process I get this error: 

Something went wrong. Please try to check out again.

This is the wep page URL: https://mbuy.ebay.com/xo?action=view&sessionid=376299974018 (I suppose it varies depending on the user and or session ID).

I have called eBay customer support number multiple times (around 5 times) in a period of one month and they have not bee able to fix my problem (as they see there is no problem at all), this happens to me when I try to pay either with PayPal or credit/debit card, they even transferred me to PayPal customer care and they  found no issues with my PayPal account.

I know my PayPal account is working correctly as I am able to use with a different eBay user and outside eBay too.

When you recieve this error, click on the "back" button on your browser. The left arrow on the url line. You will be reverted to the old checkout process. Change the payment to  PayPal and all should proceed smoothly.
