eBay Bucks

I have earned about $100 in eBay bucks in the last period, and normally i get a coupon code to use them the next period, or they are available upon checkout. I have recently noticed that no matter what page i visit, what link i use, or what ever i search I cannot get to my eBay bucks summary.

I dont think there gone really, are they? did ebay terminate my participaton without notification? 

Is anyone else having this issue?
