Are you looking at your online statement? Sometimes eBay will first put a "hold" on the card balance while it then processes payment. The "hold" prevents other merchants from taking the money that is promised to eBay. Then a payment will appear with the same value as the hold, and after that, the hold will be released. A "hold" does not remove money from your account, but does prevent it from being used for other purposes. We have seen that sometimes eBay "holds" last longer than a few days, but most banks have a limit and will end a hold at some deadline. Check your statement again in a couple of days.
