Bought something on ebay. Seller provided wrong tracking number. Item delivered to my town but not my address. Shipping company fedex won't tell me address delivered to. ebay won't refund my money

@upwardcrayon  Fed Ex doesn't need to tell you where it was delivered.

You need a letter from them stating that item was delivered to the address on the shipping label but that it was not delivered to YOUR address.

Then use this to appeal your case.

Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

They may take a few days to get back to you if you use social media.
