did not receive item

Purchsed item from seller Beechcamera never received via FEDEX

no help from seller and FEDEX can't find it either, they show it delivered???

So after 20 years of buying and selling on eBay they now say too bad you loose the seller has a tracking number, funny how when I run up on

an item I ship not turning up (with tracking confirmation) I have to eat the sale...I guess I am not as big as Beechcamera?

Their Yelp ratings are in the tank and if it was more then the $89.00 I lost here  I would turn it over to my Lawyer (from now on I will use my credit cards chargeback feature)
