Dear Ebay team.

Re my order No  ( 302589059972 )  ordered date 26/08/2018    I negotiated with supplier about courier. I clearly explain to the supplier that

I need the item very fast, So the supplier offers me to get it by DHL and the cost is Eur50.

I accepted this amount and payed according to the invoice through Paypal

Very sorry to inform you That This supplier did not send my packege by DHL and the given tracking No is wrong

(536394100141) and it has confirmed by DHL Srilanka .

My issue is why the supplier collected DHL charges Eur 50??

So I am very very disappointed with supplier. I am trust Ebay and Iam dealing with ebay long long time

Please kindly investigate with supplier and hope positive feedback.

I will take decision whether I deal with ebay or not according to your reply.
