I have 3 defect reports on my account and 2 of them were shipping breakage and one was the wrong size I refunded all of them but I am fairly new and I guess I didn't understand if I solved the problems for the customer why do I get a bad mark against me? Shipping damage happens sometimes. How is that considered not as discribed? What is it I did wrong?
Please advise.
