damaged item after shipped.

hi,we sent an item to a buyer out of U.S. and inspected the item for any damage or scratches,we found none. after the buyer received the item he claims it had scratches from usuge which is not true.now he wants 50% refunded to him($400.00US) the shipping on my end was $26.00 he  now wants to get a full refund. the item was delivered to him without any  scratches. now what is next.? he sent me pics of scratches that were not there when shipped and my pics clearly show no scratches.H-E-L-P!
