Ok, so. The buyer purchases two pairs of pants THEN sends a message as for a flat rate for the items and free shipping. I tell him I cannot revise the price of the items but I would do free shipping. He then says he asked for the flat rate again. So, I cancel his order that has not been paid and want to create a new invoice with the price he is asking. Can I do that under the buyers information?
