the program eBay has sending coupons to customers. Well this program cost me any money.

@jbseller4    You do need to have a store to send the coupons.  

The discount you offer to the buyer comes out of your pocket.  

So yes, it costs money.

I’m kind of disappointed I called eBay they said it would not cost me any money.

They probably meant that you wouldn't have to pay a fee to eBay to use this feature.

You DO have the discount coming out of the price you receive from your customer because eBay isn't funding it.
