computer won't load list of sales. it stalls

The last few days i cannot show listings on my computer like orders or listings. It takes a very long time and does not ever finish. I already tried to remove cookies and cache. not sure if i did it right. When in incognito, everything works perfectly.

If given the option, be sure to clear your cache "for all time" rather than just the last few hours or days.
