combined shipping on accepted offers

When I reminded the Seller that he didn't give me the combined shipping on the invoice for the two items I purchased like his auctions say he does he got a little upset by me even asking. I paid for the items then he kept emailing back saying I didn't deserve a reduced amount for shipping because one of the purchases was an offer that he accepted of mine. I don't see why that just because he accepted a reduced amount on an item it had anything to do with shipping costs? After two emails back & forth he got **bleep** & refunded my monny on both items & told me where to put the money.
