as a buyer how do i pick the preferred mailing that a seller is offering?  for example  a seller is selling a figurine and he has 3 choices for shipping 1) ground USPS, for $11.90, 2) priority for $8.90 3) express priority for $23.90 how on the sellers listing's do i choose one of those options?
