case resolved but PayPal has not released the payment

I had an open case a few weeks ago but it was resloved in my favor as the seller but Paypal has yet to release payment. I can't for the life of me find the email contact for paypal after being cycled through their site from page to page and the link to their customer service on ebay just starts the cycle of infinite aggrevation all over. 

Has anyone suffered this and has the customer service email address for Paypal or is there an easier way to resolve this that I am missing. I have only been at this about a year and this is a first for me.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
