cannot list drafts

Due to eBay's recent policy of GTC, I have had to find different ways to store my listings for later use.  I put a bunch on the Draft list to hold there til I  was ready to list them.  Well, now it is impossible to list them.  Some of the pictures are gone, and I get a message that says "Sorry, something went wrong, try again later".  I take a lot of time and care to list my items, as I am sure many of you do.  My OOAK items are already packed and weighed so they are ready to ship.  Does this mean I will have to unpack them, take pics again, and re-write my listings??  What a curse this GTC is.  All of us smaller sellers have had to scramble and struggle to manage our listings.  Either lose them, or pay numerous fees when they are relisted automatically.  I have a basic store, and am using my allotted listings if I forget to end my listings early, before they roll over to GTC again.  What a mess this has become!!
