cancelling a return authorization

Have a buyer who requested a return label and refund. Claims that item was received damaged. Have asked the buyer for pictures but no response. It's been 3 days now. Today I was reviewing the case and accidently accepted the return. I have not sent a shipping label. Will E-bay do it automatically? I don't want to accept the return until I receive proof of damage. Any suggestions?
