cancel an order by a buyer request then the buyer buys the item, what do I do?

So this buyer asked me to cancel a transaction, I do and then the buyer goes and pay for the item and tells me  that he has decided to keep it instead.

Now I'm stock with a cancellation.

Can I retract or cancel a cancellation that a buyer has requested?
