Can't sign in as a guest user, because i have an account with the same e-mail. Can't track my order. Can't received my order.

Follow the procedure below. If this does not work, Contact eBay Customer Service so that they can pull up the order details.

Important! To avoid an error message, be sure to sign out of eBay before you find the Guest Order Confirmation email message from eBay. Once you have located the email message, you should see an access code (see screenshot below). Next, click on the Blue "View order details" Button in the email message. After you have followed the instructions above, you'll see how to use your email address and the access code to sign in as a guest (see screenshot below): Once you are signed in to the order details you can see your purchased items, shipping status, and tracking numbers. You can request a return or report that you didn't receive an item.
