can't print packing slip til after label

Hi.... 

This has been going on for over a week now. From the "new" shipping label page, I can't print a packing slip til *after* I print the shipping label.

If I try to print the packing slip first, I get an error page that says "It's not you, it's us"... and "our server is down" , try later, etc. 

I know this sounds like a minor thing - and I suppose it probably is -  but I prefer to print all packing slips first, so I'll have them when packing the actual items.

I *then* go back and print the labels.

I'm guessing something must be wrong, or I wouldn't get the error page that I'm getting saying "its us", etc.

Anyone else run into this? Thx... - Will
