can't add to custom lists

why can't I add to custom lists anymore as of a few days ago

Any difference if you use another browser?

I seem to be able to add items to custom lists without any issues.

This just happened last few days or so. Have always been able to add to my custom lists, so I don't have a ton in watchlist.

I am using a laptop, chrome, windows 10

I tried clearing cache

I tried deleting some items from my custom lists in case I had any ended items

I tried signing out of ebay and back in

I tried edge browser

I tried restarting computer. 

Called ebay they have a ticket on this as no one else reporting this problem.

Any other thoughts?

I am using a Windows 10 desktop, and I am not having any problems adding items to my custom lists using Firefox or Edge (I do not have Chrome on this particular machine).

Are you using the latest version of Chrome and Edge?

Sometimes a deferred pending update can cause issues. Or a browser add-on might cause an issue for you.

On the other hand, it is also possible that eBay is testing something, and your account is subject to the test and mine is not; or you are dealing with an update that has not reached my account yet.

Thanks again for info. I made sure my chrome is latest version, signed out and back in on ebay still the same.

Also, went to my new laptop which runs edge and signed into ebay and same effect there. 

Maybe it will just clear up. This happened another time, quite awhile ago and then it was back. The reason I don't like to keep a mixed bag of items in watchlist is because I like to keep that area for stuff I'm really wanting to keep tabs on. My custom lists allow me to watch other items in specific categories so easier to compare items that way.

Still trying to find a way to keep the general Watchlist not so full and add items to customs lists directly without them having to be in the general Watchlist first. If you try to delete from the general watchlist it deletes from ALL lists. You used to be able to add directly to the custom list that you chose but has been an issue for me since about March, with only being able to add to general Watchlist. If you then add to a custom it still has to stay in the general watchlist. Thanks if you have any info or are experiencing the same things.
