buyer trying to use item not authentic claim file for a return to know my address in the same city

hi,

i have a buyer that located in the same city, he started a refund request saying the item was not authentic and want a return.

while i had my doubt on this purchase from the beginning that this buyer's only has 1 feedback,newly registered on the same day as the purchase

 and it share similarity to another buyer previous insisted me to go do a local meet up with him which i declined, and then put him on blocked list.

fast forward to a week or so later another buyer purchased the same item inquired, same city, simliar user name and requested me to ship the item asap on same day.

i had my doubt like i mentioned before but ebay insisted that i need to go thru with this transaction, so today item was delivered, as soon as it was delievered, the buyer filed a return request saying item is not authentic, and i see on the return page, my address is shown to him automaticlly.

i am greatly worrying about this is all a set up to try get my address/location as i am a powerseller, working from home, sorry if i am being paranioded, that they want my address because they know for sure i got mechandise at home.

the user in was a co-be63who inquired about the listing and insisit me do a local pick up which i declined and put on blocked list

and then the buyer warcraftcox5 which name being benny cox, and the location of them is a 5mins drive apartment.this is too close for co-incident.

also during the time between the first user insist local pick up, the amount of local user email to ask for local pick up spiked, usually i only get interested like maybe once a year for those, but i got like 5 different ppl asking if i could do meetup within a week after that.

can anyone give me some help here? i am greatly worry about this.not because of losting a sale, but how this looks like a set up to know my personal home address.

i had been considering getting a PO box address lately because of the increase local user insisting on wanting local meet up, and lately i been hearing there are lot of set up robbery on local meet ups which is why i declined them all, and put those user on block list. but the problem is that after i blocked some they might have other account and make the purchase so that they could do what they are doing now, which is all too late to get a po box for this situation as this person already know my home address via making a return case.

i thought i was smart that when i shipped this item i already used a friend's rented out house's address, but never knew as soon as they request a return on ebay, ebay just disclose my registered address on it.

between that i also had local located user email me asking if i want to meet up and try to ask where i am located in certain part of the city. it sound like someone trying to comfirm or figure out where i live.

i had a gut feeling this transaction was suspecious but the ebay rep insisted that i need to go thru with this transaction.

if anything happens to my family safety because my home address is this easy to obtain, it's all on ebay.

i dont know if it shows on his page, but on my end of it, under this request comment, i see my address displayed on it.

and i have yet to approve anything on there. i also did a google search on his address, the pic of that hosue look like nobody lives there as well. which make me worry way more while it's already at night now i can't even call ebay to confirm anything or ask for help.

it's not like i worry that i lose the sale, i am more worry about the safety of my family now that my address is out there at someone set out to obtain it. who knows what they needed it for.
