blocking a seller

I have another seller sending me emails that a rude, name calling and offensive. This started after I purchased something from them, I left honest feedback after they shipped the wrong item, along with committing mail fraud. They cut up a priority envelope putting it in a plain little white envelope and sticking a stamp on it to ship. Almost didn't leave any feedback after seeing this person leave horrible comments to anyone who leave constructive feedback but leave it to me, another seller to stick my neck out. After being called names, on her return feedback to me I called eBay , they removed her feedback so it doesn't show on my sight. Nothing I said was false or rude. (I'm proud of my 100%) She's still doing it to others and now sending me nasty email after my honesty. Trying to figure out how to block her. Can anyone help?
