blocked buyer used other ebay account to complete purchase

for the last week ive been getting bully ebay messages to reduce the price on my buy it now listing, no option for best offer. I repsonded to each and every messageprofessionally, rapidly and promptly.

each message got ruder and uglier from her

called ebay and they said block her/do not respond , so i did

next day she bought the item under a new ebay id.

called ebay and cancelled transaction and immediately refund her paypal.

how do i get out of this buyer's crosshairs?

i wont relist the item ever...

is there a way to block a ship to address on ebay?

block person on paypal?

how long can this contine?

any and all help and direction is greatly appreciated
