api/ file exchange not working

Anyone else unable to update inventory quanity in stock via file exchange. File exchange reads "0" when I try to update. My update csv program immediately goes away. No error file, no file complete. Calling eBay only increases my blood pressure! These files have worked perfectly since last year. Worked yesterday  10/18/17 at 16:44 but no more. I changed knowthing in my inventory update columns so must be eBay.

Maybe I just need to go get a job!
