I sold a reborn doll kit to a customer who, for whatever reason did not read the description and is upset it did not come with the doe suede body.

That is how these kits are sold, a head arms and legs.

NO BODY 

I made it clear in the description head and limbs only NO BODY.

But I did include free of charge 2 sets of handblown holographic eyes and a set of wings.

The worst part is I have already lost money on this because she lives in the Carolinas and it was returned once because of postal issues so I had to reship.

now she filled a case saying she 'chaged her mind. I have a 'no return ' policy but I am afraid she is going to leave bad feedback and eBay is going to have a mark against me.

Suggestions?
