My brand new account was restricted and I don't understand why?? It states that it was due to activity not confirming with their policy. I'm just buying and even using the Buy it Now option! It's like I've never used eBay before because I've had an eBay account before for decades and I closed it when I retired and never had this problem. I just couldn't access it anymore. Help!!
