abusive response to negative feedback

I was hoping for a discrete shipment of a pheromone product and did not want my wife to know because I didn't want her to know why (if) she found me more attractive with it. After 20-something years, I wanted to spice things up a little.  The package came with the wording "natural phero classic scent" on the outside and my wife was the one getting the mail that day. It really took the "oomph" out of it and I was surprised to see it there myself, thinking the seller would be more discrete. I told the seller so and why I was leaving him/her negative feedback. An apology might have been acceptable and maybe even moved me to remove the negative feedback but instead, I received an abusive rant. Then, because I complained about the seller's lack of discretion, they put my full name up with the product I purchased on the reply area of the feedback. I don't care too much about that, but I do mind the abuse.  Any suggestions about getting my name off the feedback and what to do about the abusive message I received from them?  I'll probably call eBay tomorrow with a complaint, but just wanted to hear if anyone else has had a similar problem.
