Zip code update problem

Is there anything that can be done to get eBay to ensure that my zip code has been properly added into their entire system?  USPS gave me a new zip code (93737) around 5 years ago and eBay has never fully added it to their system (it's accepted in some areas, but not others).  I've spent many hours on the phone with eBay customer service over several years without any resolution.  I cannot consistently put the proper ship from address on shipping labels I create on eBay.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get eBay to take my problem seriously and attempt to fix it?  

 

Update:  I didn't see any other way for me to respond besides updating the original question.  The problem is that it won't accept my new zip code in all sections under my account - addresses (as well as other areas).  I can put it in the shipped from address, but it ends up being removed as a primary address and my registration contact address replaces it.  I've already tried to fix the problem and so have many customer service reps many times, but it never works.  I can't seem to get the problem escalated above that level so they can fix the coding or database problem that causes this.  Does anyone know how to get the issue raised to a level where the appropriate experts can get it fixed?

 

Second update:  It's been over a week without any other suggestions.  Isn't there anyone who has had success in gettin a problem escalated up the chain to get fixed?  The problem still exists for me and I'm going to continue calling customer service, but it hasn't been fixed in the last five years this way, so I'd really like another option to get this addressed.
