Wrongly Added Fees PowerShip Global Program for May-2019 while Access Denied by eBay

Good Morning,

I have been blocked for eBay PowerShip Global program since Last week of April-2019 (approx. more than one month). Today, I have seen my eBay invoice of the month of May-2019 in My eBay > Summary > Account, and I found that PowerShip Global Facility Charges of the month of May-2019 are USD $62.89 have been added in eBay invoice while My Access is Denied by eBay Portal since April-2019 Last week and even I did not use PowerShip Global Program in the month of May-2019 rather How can I use PowerShip Global While Access is Denied? Then why USD $62.89 added in eBay invoice of the month of May-2019.

I have some attachments that are the proof of Access Denied of PowerShip Global in the Last week of April-2019 and the attachment of Today that still Access Denied by eBay.

Please do the needful actions against as soon as possible so that this charges can be removed from my eBay invoice before submitting fees.
