Wrong address on return label.

Everytime I print a return label it prints an address that I had 20 years ago as my return address. It’s nowhere in my account. I can’t find any way to send a message to eBay. Anyone have the same problem.

If you are printing a shipping label and it has the wrong return label on the shipping label, here's how to change that

-- You can change the "ship from" and "return" address if you are printing labels on the website. There is an "Edit" button on the right-hand side of the label printing page to change both addresses.

Here is where you can check the rest of your addresses for eBay, including:
-- “Registration address” your official address,
-- "Return Address" which prints on the label, and
-- “Ship From Address” which must have the zip/postal code for the post office you use (usually the same, but not always)
