Wrong Address On "Print Shipping Lable" option

Howdy!  I sold an item and used the "pring shipping label" option to get the buyer's address.   About a week goes by after shipping and the buyer files a "didn't receive item".   I looked up the tracking and it said it was delivered to the mailbox.  Then I checked the buyer's address again,  but now it's different.  I refunded the buyer to close the case as it was only for a small amount,  and now I wake up this morning to find I got a negative for all my troubles.  My question is:  can I get the negative removed since the address was wrong on the shipping lable?  Is there any for ebay to tell if the buyer changed it after I shipped the item?  They buyer has positive feedback and a full refund,  but still I get the negative?
