Wont allow me to list because of something that isn't there?

I keep trying to list my old iphone the title is  "USED Apple Iphone SE 2016 Cracked Screen Works Great 16g Rose gold"

I have all the right boxes ticked like Used and such.  And ebay evidently isn't taking calls. or call backs

I cleared my browser.   I'm stuck

and I keep getting this message.

@ccox9558   If the screen is cracked you need to list it in the parts or not working category.   

You can say in the description that it is still working but needs a new screen.
