Why the hoops for multiple lines of verification when calling into eBay?
Is this their way to get sellers to stop calling in? We go through matrix of online help topics to get page and page of jargon to sift through page to get an access code to use when we call in. We type the access code to a robot only to have it ask what it can do to help. eBay "teammate" --ironic term seeing as a teammate would not need to verify who is on their team as much -- not asks for full name. address, phone #, zodiac sign, height, weight, favorite food... Why isn't this populated from the "verification" code we got online and type in?
