Why is Amazon on ebay?

Why is eBay helping amazon sellers to NOT  disclose the listing if for craptastic Amazon fulfillment with craptastic Amazon Logistics/blue care or whatever fly-by-night craptastic delivery service? 

How do I not waste my time having to message each vendor to ask if it's craptastic Amazon??? 

1 star, it's all sellers get if it's craptastic Amazon. I don't care if anyone likes it. This equates to bait and switch. Fraud. 

And stop sellers from using my name to place orders at brick and mortar stores?!? That's illegal. It's identity theft.
