Why does "Delivery: varies" show up on my listings even though it's local pickup only?

I have a few listings where I have them set as Local Pickup Only when I created them.  Yet when the listing is viewed, while it does

say "Shipping: Free Local Pickup" and below it "Local Pickup Only, below that it says "Delivery: varies"

I don't see any way to get rif of that "Delivery: varies"?  There is no shipping, no delivery, so why is that there?

Here is one example:

eBay item number:
122157995536

The reason I'm asking is I've had a couple people from Puerto Rico, Thailand, buy my items that I have listed

for local pickup in NJ and I'm trying to eliminate any possible confusion.  I can easily figure out what's local,

what's not being shipped, but apparently some people can't and I think when you have "Delivery: varies"

there, it sure doesn't help.

Also, a related question.  When someone buys a local pickup item but from their info it looks like

they are overseas and they haven't paid for it yet, do you typically send them an email, asking if

it's a mistake and they want to cancel, or do you just cancel the purchase immediately?  I sent

an email, it's been a day, no response.  So, if you should email then wait, how long with no payment

before I should just cancel what looks like a mistake?

Thanks.
