Why do I keep getting a bid error notification every time I try to bid all of a sudden

I keep getting a bid error message every time I try to bid. I just started having the issue for no reason at all. All my winning auctions have been paid in full I don’t have anything outstanding. I have 4 open bids but I have always paid the sellers promptly and I’ve bid on more than 4 items in the past. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening. Thanks
