Why cant I sell a Firestick with Kodi installed without any add-ons?

My account was banned from selling because they said I was under copywrite violation for selling Firesticks with Kodi installed on them. The app Kodi is not an illegal app and what my customers choose to install on their Firesticks is not my concern or problem. I used the term "Jailbroken" to describe the item which is not illegal since Ebay allows "jailbroken" cell phones to be sold all the time. I even addded a copywrite disclaimer to my listing to state that I was not encouraging or selling any copywrite material. I don't understand why I was permanately banned from selling on Ebay because of this. Can someone enlighten me???
