The questions on this board are from users who are directed here after clicking on the Help & Contact link to contact Customer Service. In addition to the option to call eBay, they can also choose to post their question here on this limited access board.

Responses are limited to users invited by the eBay Community group. We don't know what criteria are used to invite responders, but they are all highly experienced in the eBay Community.

ebay staff has informed us that original posters are unable to respond to their threads...they're working on finding a fix for that.

If you need to add more information to a post, you can edit & add more information by clicking "options" in the lower left corner of your post and then select "edit question" from the list of options.

The programmers are working on it. In the meantime, use the "Edit" option, which is in the drop-down menu below the gray "Options" menu in the bottom-left corner of your post
