Why can't I ask a question?

Every time I try and ask a question it seems to go thru but a page titled "verify" pops up for a second and then I get a page that says something is wrong and to try again later. It looks like this:

Try using a browser instead of the app to contact the seller to see if that works better for you.

If so, check to see which browser is set as your default browser and make sure it has not been changed to some obscure browser you do not normally use.
