Why am I suddenly not getting any views of any of my listings? Glitch or something else?

I occasionally peruse my listings to see what sort of viewing they're receiving and I know occasionally it will show '0' for a short time then refresh (or something) and reflect a number that seems accurate. However, I've noticed over the last couple weeks that the view counter shows no views of any of my listings. 

What gives? 

Can anyone help me understand what I'm seeing?  

Also this is cross platforms (mobile and desktop)
