Why am I being charged twice for a postage label as a seller.

I ordered a postage label but it would not print out so I requested a re-print and now I am being charged twice. And also why do I have to pay the postage when it should be the buyer who pays.

The buyer pays YOU for shipping & handling, and you use that money to buy the postage. If you were charged twice, then you purchased a second label - you didn't reprint it.

If you see two labels for the same shipment at the link below, you can void the one you didn't use.

You have 5 days to void the label, and you'll receive your refund in about 14-21 days.
