What is the **bleep** deal with ebay? They are getting to big for themselves
I have been on ebay since 1998 and they used to care about the little individual sellers
All these changes in recent years have been for the big box stores and conglomerates showing them how to out source how and where to buy in bulk
Ebay started and made it to where they are now with the individual sellers who sold collectibles and one of kinds
Recently a friend of mine sold an item for $300 shipped the package promptly uploaded tracking ( btw tracking said it was delievered) etc. 2 weeks later customer says where's my package and opens a case ebay immdiately deducted $300 from my friends account to put on hold until it got straightened out? Really seller did everything according to ebay rules but they still want to penalize the seller for something beyond her control?
Once a seller ships the package and uploads the tracking info it is out of our hands I do not guarantee delivery by such and such a date (ebay does) so delivery is ebay's responsiblitiy
I used to make weekly payments so that I did not get a big bill at the end of the month now I can't so now I get a big bill at the end of the month really?
I just wish this pandemic would get over and ebay would start having gatherings again because I would surely go and give them a piece of my mind
I just wish I could to talk to someone even on the phone that was not in timbucktoo and spoke at least some kind of English
Call center people for Ebay US should be in the US and speak english with bilingual people on stand by
And now they what me to make and send Coupons? Really?
I am an individual seller who sells collectibles and one of a kinds it is rare for me to have repeat customers
