Where is the drop down menu for ACTIONS???

Trying to send an invoice so a customer can adjust the shipping costs to his country.

-- I go to My eBay. 

-- I find Sold, and switch to that tab.

-- I locate the item marked AWAITING Payment. 

-- I keep reading about a DROP DOWN MENU, from which I can select "Actions," so I can then select Send Invoice.

WHERE is that drop down menu??? The only drop down menu that I see is in the upper left corner. And it just lists all of my eBay trackings/lists. Like Selling/Watching/Favorites, etc.

How am I not finding this drop down menu?!? Ugh.
