This is what happened, Buyer “open case” then after several conversation the return was accepted. eBay advice to provide shipping label to buyer it give me couple option, i can either provide the return label privately send to buyer then inputting the tracking number or second option to let ebay automatic send what’s necessary to buyer making easier. So on April 10 i choose second option, it requirement me to complete the prepaid payment for the label prior any automation takes place. After paying for the label and continued i suppose buyer receive notification to printout the label so he finalize the return process and ship the merchandise to me but instead buyer decided not to return the item and close the case, now the case is closed and i don’t see any prepaid label reimburse back to my account so i went to my account sell history & prepaid shipping label homepage both of these pages didn’t give me the void option matter-of-fact prepaid shipping label homepage didn’t even show the record of me buying the label it’s not even recorded how can this be? So i though it will just credit me back till the upcoming ebay monthly payment, today i check the invoice on May 10 and i still don’t see that payment refund back to my account. I went back to the original case that was closed hoping if it shows some information might help but there is absolutely nothing i can do. I’m going to contact ebay over the phone hopefully ebay operator won’t give me hundred of excuses because voiding shipping label should be one of the stand-alone option provided by ebay.com.
