Where do I write to Ebay Corporate Offices regarding customer service complaint that I have?

I have been peacefully buying and selling on Ebay for 15+ years. In the last few days, I have had 2 problems and I have contacted customer service, and spoken to live people. They have been no help whatsoever in resolving either issue and I want to write so SOMEONE above these people to report my problems, and to register a complaint regarding customer service.
