When will the January 2024 quarterly coupon code be available for shipping supplies?

When will the  2024 first quarter's discount be available for eBay store subscribers? When I visited the subscriber discounts page in the seller center I could not find anything but a deal on money lending. I have just switched from a basic to a starter store.  Are starter stores not included?

@bloomsales   Starter stores do not get the store supply coupons.  😞   

The money you are saving with the starter store will buy a lot of supplies.  🙂

That explains it. Thank you. Hopefully, once the current wave of buyer-remorse returns slows down a bit, I'll be back to growing the store into "basic" again.
