When a local pick up code doesn't submit?

The buyer lives in a diff state and sent his dad to pick up the item locally. His dad got the code from him and when I go to put it in nothing happens. It doesn't submit for the code pick up to be confirmed

Did he have all 6 digits?  You could try messaging the buyer and ask him to double check the code.  I’ve never had one not work of the dozen or so I’ve done.
