What to do when seller doesn't respond to messages and item hasn't shipped?

I'm reaching out to the community to try and get advice on how to deal with a potential issue without causing the seller undo problems...

 

I made a purchase about 5-6 days ago yet there's been no change in the transaction. It's listed as PAID but not shipped or postage printed.. Technically the arrival date is expected to be between July 11 and August 20th or something around that. That's fine, I can wait if I know the items not going to be cancelled 4 weeks down the road. The description states that the item will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment, well that's come and gone. I've made multiple attempts to contact the seller, just to see if the item has/will be shipped and to confirm the transaction will be honored, yet no response despite many reassurances in the description that they respond to inquires. Is there anything I can do to get some feedback from the seller without opening a case?

 

Long story short, it's a great deal and I don't mind waiting for it, however, the seller has zero feedback and I don't want to have a month pass by just to have it cancelled by the seller and have to start the process over again which will take an additional month to ship from overseas... Is there anything I can do besides wait for the timeline to run out and have to go through the Money Back Garauntee?
